⭐ Benjamin Appreciation Post ⭐
Benjamin continues to be our bouncy, rough and tumble, snuggly guy – and we love every bit of him.
Benjamin loves to be outside. He loves to move his body so whether it is running, jumping, sports, riding his bike, he just wants to MOVE. You win major bonus points with Benjamin for any play time you can give him outside.
Another new-ish thing is that Benjamin really wants to be called “Benjamin”. I don’t know if it is a mom thing, but his whole life I have usually called him Benjamin, but I would call him Ben occasionally. And pretty much everyone else has always called him Ben, but he has really been correcting us lately with calling him Benjamin.
Benjamin is really interested in ocean animals right now. Sharks are his favorite, but he loves to read all about the ocean.
He is also becoming a little bookworm. He wants to stay up late and read (just like Jacob and Sarah do) and I secretly mostly love it. I wish my kids weren’t all a bunch of night owls (when their mom is definitely a morning person) but reading is a pretty good excuse.
Benjamin is full of curiosity and dreams. He is in such a fun place in life where the world is full of endless possibilities and I love that for him. I love that he still grabs my hand as we walk next to each other. He is always willing to be anyone’s buddy. We love you so much, bud.
