This last summer I asked Sarah what she would like to participate in for an activity this year and she wanted DANCE!
Sarah actually began taking a dance class last year in Garden City but we moved before she was able to participate in a performance. So we signed up with a new studio here in Rock Springs and Sarah has loved it. It is a Jazz/Ballet/Tap class and has been so good for her.
The couple days before Sarah’s Holiday Showcase she swung back and forth between excited and “a little scared”. I started to get a little nervous myself that she would decide not to perform but this girl DID IT!
As soon as she left the stage she gave me a hug and exclaimed, “At first I was a little nervous but then I LOVED IT! Can I do it again?!”
I love this girl.
Sarah wants to be a ballerina so badly and she is willing to put in the work to do it. I can’t wait to see where she goes in life.
One of Sarah’s biggest strengths is her positivity. She goes forward with everything with such a good attitude.
Keep dreaming, sis. And keep working hard for those dreams!
