Sarah is our favorite little ballerina! This autumn was Sarah’s first opportunity to choose a specific genre to focus on at her dance studio and she picked BALLET! I was so thrilled! Sarah is sweet and graceful and ballet suits her perfectly.
Her class did a darling dance to “Beyond the Sea” and Sarah danced her little heart out.
For the first time since we moved here, Sarah was in a different dance class from her buddy, Ethan. And something I loved about this show was watching Sarah cheer on her friend. She was so excited when his time to dance came and I loved watching her support her friend (that’s him in the picture above). They may or may not be planning their wedding. And I may or may not have watched them hold hands all during Primary on Sunday. They are sweetie pies.
I went back and forth about whether or not to share this, but I want to remember it. During Sarah’s dance, she fell down. The audience kind of did a sad gasp and my heart sunk a little for our little girl. But I was so proud of her! She got right back up and didn’t miss a beat. Afterwards, I was asking her how she felt about her dance and she said she felt really good! After a minute she did say, “well…I did fall down though.” But she immediately turned positive, as Sarah so frequently does, and said, “It’s okay though, everyone falls down sometimes.” I love this girl so much.
LOVELY!
There are several different things I am grateful that you shared in this post. From the mouths of babes.
Thank you.
