I hardly did any canning last year and my bare storage shelves were feeling it this spring! It felt so good to get out my canning supplies and can strawberries this month. I made a whole lot of strawberry jam and some strawberry sauce as well. So delicious! And it is so satisfying seeing those beautiful jars on the shelf!
