I am so proud of these kiddos! They have worked so hard this last year practicing and learning and have grown so much as little pianists. We put on a family recital a couple weeks ago and they did beautifully. Jacob played The Sleeping Beauty Waltz and Scales and Arpeggios (from The Aristocats). Sarah played Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star and It’s a Small World.
I have a personal confession. Teaching piano is not my favorite. I truly love teaching homeschool – which is not something I ever planned on – but for some reason teaching piano just doesn’t give me those same awesome feelings. But I am so happy that these beautiful kiddos are so patient with me and that we get to learn and be better {in so many ways} together.
