For the first time since we’ve moved to Colorado – Mark had the Fourth of July off! This holiday is definitely the one that makes me the most homesick and so I was grateful to have him here to celebrate with us. But we decided to do something a little crazy and decided to head to Utah a little early to spend the Fourth with my family and extended family – and we FINALLY got to meet Baby Nora. We are all completely smitten.
I can’t tell you how much I miss Fourth of July in Soda Springs. It was my absolute favorite. But it was so nice to gather with some of the Clegg family at my parent’s home. My parents hosted a little barbecue which was so fun (even if the weather couldn’t quite decide what it wanted to do) and then Sarah, Ben, and I went to Thanksgiving Point to watch the fireworks with family. It was such a great night!
It was a great day. So special to have your family with us.
