A couple weeks ago, Sarah told me that summer was her least favorite season because we do a lot of work. Oops. This summer has definitely been full of work, especially putting in our yard!
So Mark and I thought we would surprise the kiddos with a backyard campout! They were SO excited.
We set up the tent in the backyard and then grilled tin foil dinners. The kids loved setting everything up and couldn’t wait to settle in for the night. Everyone got snuggled in and watched a movie in the tent.
The night was simple and, honestly, pretty perfect.
