For our March family fun we went to the White Mountain Petroglyphs! This was the perfect finish to our study of Native Americans we have been doing in history. This place is so neat – pretty accessible – and close! It was a win-win-win! We went here last summer and the circumstances were pretty different (last time was end of August heat, this time was frigid wind and cold) but we had a great time!
The kiddos loved running around and exploring the rocks! Some of these petroglyphs date back 1,000 years ago and there are TONS of them!
“Can you bring me a ladder please?” Cracked me up!!! Benjamin kept hold of his stick. Your kids are part mountain goats. Sarah was on the lead. What an amazing place to visit and explore. Cute photos. Thanks for sharing. Love
Haha, I know! Sure, I’ll go grab a ladder right away! 😉
