Ever since we got back from Disneyland our house has become a topsy-turvy crazy mess! The weekend before Valentine’s Day, Mark was offered the position in Colorado and on Valentine’s Day, he formally accepted!
It was the best. The only downfall is our life has become consumed with all of those details involved. But we aren’t complaining. Everything has been such an answer to prayer and we are feeling incredibly grateful.
We spent Valentine’s Day continuing to get our house cleaned and organized and ready to sell. That night, Mark surprised me and the girls with flowers. We had a simplified version of our traditional Valentine’s Day feast and then we exchanged our love notes to each other. It was simple. And it was just what we needed.
