After Lydia’s follow up appointment at the burn center, we met up with Mark and the kiddos and made our way to our favorite spot in Denver. The kiddos have LOVED our picnics at the City Park followed up with time at the Nature and Science Museum.
This visit to the museum was extra special because we went and saw the traveling Egyptian exhibit: The Time of Pharaohs. This exhibit was so well done and the kiddos did really well. I mentioned it earlier this summer, but I feel like we are really experiencing the rewards of taking the kids to museums throughout their young lives. They really enjoyed learning and experiencing everything and it was a great time together as a family. Ben thought the music was “creepy” but other than that, it was well loved!
