To add to the craziness of our April, I signed the big kids up for swimming lessons! This is one area I will freely admit I have dropped the ball in my mothering duties. But the kids loved swimming. I found this great homeschool program so it was during the morning and they were all in a class together just the three of them. This was really helpful because they were all pretty unsure going into it and I think having each other together actually made the experience really positive.
Now I think they are ready to go into their individual classes and do their thing but it was such a tender mercy that it worked out the way that it did this time. AND it was so fun to see how much progress they made! They learned a lot and their confidence in the water grew by leaps and bounds. They can’t wait for more.
