This weekend we did our February Family Fun – SLEDDING!
It was pretty cold – like 2* cold {and that’s actual temperature – not wind chill!}. But we were all so excited I genuinely don’t think any of us noticed! We had gotten a decent little snowstorm and didn’t want to be on the roads and luckily we didn’t need to look any further than our backyard.
We got all bundled up and headed out!
We had so much fun and it ended up being the perfect choice to just stay close to home. Lydia and I were outside for about an hour and then we walked back home on hot chocolate duty. And the hill was great for our kiddos – not to big, not to small!
It was a pretty picture perfect winter morning together as a family!
