While Mark and Jacob were gone, Ben took his “man of the house” responsibilities very seriously. He was eager to help change the batteries in Lydie’s toy.
Evening Walks
We have really enjoyed going on more evening walks lately. I wish these moments would last forever.
UTI / Yeast Infection / Kidney Infection
Uggg…this was an unpleasant part of the month. I debated about sharing it but it’s life. I’ve never had a UTI or anything before and while I was pretty sure that was what it was, I foolishly thought it would just go away on its own. Until it got so bad that I was shaking with the pain. I went down to the urgent care and had a really compassionate doctor who got me some help. Turns out it was a UTI and a yeast infection. After I was finished with the antibiotics the symptoms came back in once again. I made my way down to urgent care once more and it turns out the UTI was still present and the physician was pretty certain it had moved up into my kidneys. Not fun. Another round of antiobiotics and I finally kicked it!
The good part…I was reminded that I have the sweetest kiddos. I came out of the bathroom to a special note (with “special friends” to go with it), and was even brought a tray of food as well. They are the greatest.
Muddy
I borrowed this book from my Mom and it was very thought provoking. I admire so much the faith of these incredible people. I thought the book did an incredible job of showing the various perspectives about polygamy. I would definitely recommend.
First Day of Autumn
We celebrated the first day of autumn! My favorite season! Everyone is excited about our bucket list we made.
Bedroom Post
Ben is at such a fun age. And maybe it’s just because he is my youngest and last to do these kinds of things but I am just wanting to hold onto it forever. His post office is up and going!
Critter Home
I love how Sarah still loves to play with her “critters”. I love all of the details she has in her set up.
