Our every day September moments 🍁

Back to School Feast

Our annual Back to School Feast was another beautiful evening. We are so excited for our new theme. Read all about it HERE.

First Day of School

We began our new school year and it feels so very good. I can’t believe how old these kiddos are getting! Jacob is in seventh, Sarah is in fourth, Ben is in second, and Lydie is in kindergarten. Read all about it HERE.

Sarah’s 10th Birthday

This sweetie celebrated her tenth birthday party! We love her so much. Read all about it HERE.

Casper Wyoming Temple

We are so grateful we were able to travel up to Casper for the temple open house. We got to meet one of Mark’s close friends and his family for lunch before and then we went to visit the temple. The temple is so very beautiful. We loved the Indian Paintbrush details and are very happy for all of the wonderful people who get to experience this beautiful house of the Lord.

Family Sleepover βœ”

SUMMER BUCKET LIST β˜€ After our day in Casper we came home and had a family sleepover. This was such a fun night together!

Sickies

We crammed a lot into a weekend where both Lydie and I were not feeling well at all. I was up pretty much the whole night before we went to Casper sick and only decided as everyone was loading up that I was going to go (I couldn’t pass up a chance to be together as a family in the temple). Lydie was such a trooper (as always) – though I think we did ask too much of her.

Family Pictures

I always love new family pictures! But everyone was so tired and the timing was definitely not ideal. Lydie still had a fever and we were all just trying our best. But that is us most days so maybe it was pretty accurate to our life right now πŸ˜‰ See more of them HERE.

Trail Ride

Sarah’s birthday present this year was a trail ride and it was the best morning with my girl. Memories I will cherish forever. Read all about it HERE.

Water Balloon Fight βœ”

SUMMER BUCKET LIST β˜€ I bought water balloons at the very beginning of summer and put this off all summer long. I just never felt in the mood. And I was definitely not in the mood on this day either. BUT let me just say – water balloon fights completely change your mood! This was such a fun afternoon! Also, water balloons have come a LONG way since my childhood. We had coolers FILLED with water balloons in minutes. It was so much fun.

Pretty Views at Practice

Ben’s soccer practices this fall have been at such a beautiful park. We love walking around the lake afterwards.

Soccer Games

Every Saturday…we are here.

Leaf Decorating

To celebrate the first day of autumn, we had such a beautiful day. We ate our traditional autumn breakfast, decided to have a pajama day, read our favorite autumn books, and made these leaves to decorate the kid’s doors. They were so simple and we LOVED how they turned out.

First Day of Autumn

To finish up our first day of autumn celebrations, we had our traditional autumn feast. And then we made our family bucket list for autumn. I cannot wait for more special memories together. Hello, my very favorite season.

Mowing the Lawn

Mark was out mowing the lawn and before I knew it, I looked out and saw this special moment. Ben is such a good helper and it just made my heart happy.

Gramps & Grammy

We had such a special visit with Gramps and Grammy. We filled it in with all the things! Read about it HERE.

Making Scarecrows βœ”

AUTUMN BUCKET LIST 🍁 Sarah wanted to make scarecrows for our bucket list and these turned out so cute! It was such a fun activity to do with the craft queen herself – my Mom! Read more about it HERE.
