Mark has a gift to sleep anywhere. He me laugh when I found him like this with Lydia. He is ready to help with a binkie! 😉 And Lydie did a lot of resting up this month too with a lot of sick days.

The Power of Stillness
One of my goals this year was to spend time understanding and practicing “stillness”. I love the idea but I have struggled putting it into practice. I am definitely a work in progress. I really enjoyed this book that I read though. It was different than I was expecting but it really made me think about a lot of things – especially the value of creating more still moments in our lives.
