⭐ Jacob Appreciation Post ⭐

I feel so blessed to have Jacob in our family.  He is just pleasant to be around.  He wants to be helpful.  I am not exaggerating that he probably asks me at least five times a day if there is anything he can help me with.  I love his sweet heart and appreciate so much his attentiveness to me. 

He is becoming a master crocheter.  He learned that basics about a year ago and has just taken off with it!  He will watch videos on YouTube and learn new stitches and projects.  He never just sits down to watch a movie; he is always in his corner crocheting! 

Jacob is thoughtful.  I am very grateful for the relationship that he and I have.  We’ve had some serious talks over the last couple of months, just the two of us, and I am so grateful that he trusts me and I trust him. 

While physical activity isn’t Jacob’s favorite thing, he definitely sees its value.  It is not uncommon for him to get up early and go into the basement and work out before school.  He also asked me a couple of months ago if we could start going on walks together every day, and I am so glad he did!  It’s been such a special time for the two of us to talk and be together, all while getting a little exercise. 

Jacob has such a charitable heart.  I don’t think I have ever heard a judgmental comment even come out of him.  He gives people grace and loves unconditionally.  I am so proud of him and the man he is becoming.
