A couple weeks ago Mark was called to serve as the executive secretary in our ward. I am so very excited for him in this new calling. I am happy that he gets to serve with so many men that I admire and have gotten to know so well the last year and a half. He’s going to be amazing.
His focus is on:
- Being a disciple of Christ
- Getting to know and minister to each ward member
- Participating in bishopric meetings
- Helping plan sacrament meetings
- Participating in ward council meetings
- Providing administrative support to the bishop
I truly am so excited for him. He is also doing all of this while continuing to serve as the pianist for the young children in primary. He is the best.
